Matt Martin – Founder / Managing Director

Mr. Martin founded Chronos Solutions and currently serves as its Chairman and as a member of the Board of Directors. In this role, Mr. Martin focuses on setting the strategic direction of the company including market and product development, M&A, client expansion, and developing an environment and culture to recruit and retain top tier talent. Mr. Martin is an accomplished executive in all facets of real estate finance, including loan origination, servicing, and default. In addition, Mr. Martin founded and serves as Chairman of Sperlonga Data and Analytics Systems, a company that provides solutions to the homeowners association industry.

Andrew Gladston – Managing Director

Mr. Gladston focuses on new investment opportunities as well as strategic growth initiatives for the firm’s existing portfolio companies. With more than 15 years of experience working in M&A and financing, Mr. Gladston has executed in excess of $5 billion in M&A deals and participated in over $5 billion in financing transactions in support of private equity firms, public and private corporations and individual business owners across multiple industries. Mr. Gladston previously held senior positions within Macquarie Capital and UBS Investment Bank.
